Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW in NJ & NY with a MSW from Columbia University, specializing in children, families, and mental health. Throughout my career, I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, gaining a wealth of experience in supporting individuals and families.

As both a clinician and a parent of a child with disabilities, I understand the challenges parents face when caring for a child with unique needs, especially as life unfolds in unpredictable ways.

My approach to therapy

Therapy plays an essential role in helping parents like you navigate these overwhelming moments. It provides a space to feel truly heard, gain insight, and develop tools to cope with the emotional and mental toll. My goal is to be a supportive partner on your journey, helping you build resilience and approach life’s difficulties with greater confidence and strength.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and empowered. I bring empathy and practical knowledge to our sessions. Together, we’ll focus on building coping strategies, managing the emotional demands of parenting, and developing tools to navigate challenges. My goal is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and foster emotional well-being, so you feel more equipped to handle the complexities of raising a child with unique needs.
