Great to meet you!

I believe that healing happens within the safety of a genuine therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel accepted, understood, and able to show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment.

Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns you can't seem to change, I will meet you with warmth, honesty, and compassion. Therapy with me is both supportive and challenging—I will validate your experiences while helping you build insight, develop new skills, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, and support you in creating meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity rather than criticism. Rather than focusing on "what's wrong with you," we'll work together to understand how your experiences have shaped the ways you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others. I believe that many of our coping strategies developed for good reasons, even if they are no longer serving us.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment theory, and psychodynamic principles, tailoring therapy to your unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and comfortable sharing at your own pace.

We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask questions about your personal history, relationships, and any significant life experiences that may help me understand the context of your concerns. Throughout the conversation, you're welcome to ask questions about my approach or the therapy process.
