Great to meet you!

I am a born and raised Houstonian. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, and my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University.

I utilize collaborative therapy to help deconstruct topics affecting my clients’ lives.

I have been working for over 10 years in a variety of professional settings from in-patient hospital care to private practice, and bring a wealth of knowledge to my sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses heavily on collaborating with families and individuals, and together working towards coming up with solutions to make life ultimately happier. In a therapeutic setting, problems can be deconstructed and processed more efficiently so the family can learn to work together.

I have worked in an acute psychiatric setting for over six years, and during that time I have become very familiar with crisis situations and a full spectrum of issues affecting our mental health.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a positive and energetic therapist, and I will be as engaged as my client wants in session. I also highly believe in the unique abilities every person possesses, and will work hard to assist my clients in reaching their full potential to live a peaceful life!
