Great to meet you!

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to get a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. As a licensed Therapist choosing Teletherapy enables me to reach clients throughout the state of California. I am committed to the well-being of all my clients. I meet them with empathy and compassion to go above and beyond to walk with them on their therapeutic journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but I also incorporate the use of person-centered approach, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Strength Based Therapies. Therapy is a healthy way to gain skills to better your life and cope with struggles.

I view therapy as a collaborative coalition and my role as a therapist is to help individuals process their life struggles and develop self-awareness. The outcome is rewarding and brings a person back to their values and unique strengths.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important pieces of successful therapy. Building this foundation enables my clients to feel safe, trusting and comfortable in sessions. I have the experience working with individuals of various ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. From small scale circumstances, to traumatic experiences - my services are personalized to suit each clients specific, personal needs.
