Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in both private practice and organizational mental health settings. I work primarily with adults who look “high-functioning” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stretched thin on the inside.

Many of my clients are balancing multiple roles — leader, caregiver, partner, professional — and are tired of pushing through without space to process what they’re carrying. I support people navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity-related concerns, especially when they feel disconnected from themselves or unsure of their next step.

My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, but just as important, it’s human. I respect your lived experience and we move at a pace that feels thoughtful and sustainable. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, increase emotional clarity, and build the capacity to respond to life with more steadiness and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is empowering, direct, and affirming. I believe in meeting clients where they are while also helping them build clarity, emotional awareness, and practical skills for change.

I am somatic-informed, which means I pay attention to how stress, emotions, and past experiences live in both the mind and the body. When appropriate, I may integrate gentle breathing, grounding, or body-awareness practices to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, blending reflection with tools clients can use in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and grounded space where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to address right now. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, while also leaving room for you to move at a pace that feels comfortable.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to know exactly what to say. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling supported, understood, and clear about next steps.
