Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I understand the importance of identity, empowerment, and healing from difficult experiences. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating life transitions, recovery, and building a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

I use a flexible, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. Most importantly, therapy is tailored to you—your goals, your pace, and your story. My role is to support and guide you as you build confidence, strengthen your sense of self, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll take time to get to know each other, and I'll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you'd like to get out of our work together.

By the end of the session, we’ll start to identify some initial goals and discuss how therapy can support you moving forward. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
