Great to meet you!

Sam Feldman, LCSW, IMH-E ® is a dedicated clinician with experience working with children and adults in foster care, hospitals, and outpatient behavioral health facilities. She has a deep commitment to providing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care.

My approach to therapy

I’m a firm believer that learning never stops, especially in the ever-evolving field of mental health. I have completed specialized trainings in trauma-informed care, infant mental health, perinatal mood disorders, and child-parent psychotherapy. In addition to ongoing training, I actively engage in professional development by planning and attending workshops for the New York Zero to Three Network, staying connected with the latest research and best practices in early childhood mental health.

What you can expect from me

Therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly sees you. Where you can be honest, explore challenges, and maybe even laugh along the way. Whether it’s navigating parenthood, strengthening emotional resilience, or simply managing the chaos of everyday life, I’m here to help. My approach blends evidence-based techniques with creative interventions like narrative and art therapy, providing a space where all ages can express themselves freely.
