Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I've worked in the mental health field since 2020 and became licensed in 2023.

I specialize in working with people who are living with ADHD, anxiety, and self-esteem struggles. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and supportive.

In our work together, you'll find a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself, explore what’s been holding you back, and build the confidence to move forward in a way that feels true to you. You don’t have to figure it out alone, I'm here to help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered; I believe every person’s journey is unique, and there’s no one-size-fits-all. I often incorporate attachment-based theories, behavioral techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support growth and healing. Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore, build skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect to build a deeper understanding of yourself and create change that feels authentic and lasting. We'll work on strengthening your ability to manage symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem in a way that fits your life. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging space where you feel empowered to grow and move forward with confidence.
