Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Samantha! Individuals often seek therapy and coaching to further personal growth and to address ongoing challenges in their lives. My approach to therapy offers clients a supportive space to authentically assess and explore life circumstances and begin working towards meaningful change. I take a client-centered approach that gives you the opportunity to take an active role in your journey. I will respect your personal perspectives, beliefs, values, and preferences. My goal is to assist you in establishing a strong foundation to overcome and even embrace adversity.

I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience working with women, children, and couples, helping them navigate various life challenges. My main areas of specialization include anxiety, ADHD, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and self-harming, trauma, addiction, anger management, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, children's and adolescent mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, OCD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), PTSD, intimate and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues, sleep disorders, and learning disorders.

When you work with me, you can expect a collaborative relationship where we work together to support your pursuit of change and growth. Outside of my professional life, I value authenticity, empathy, and continuous learning. These values guide my practice and help me connect with my clients on a deeper level.

My approach to therapy

My approach is not just about addressing the symptoms but also about understanding the underlying issues and working towards long-lasting solutions.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you on your journey towards personal growth and meaningful change. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood. Let's take the first step together!
