I integrate a blend of somatic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and vibroacoustic therapy. This means we can work on both the cognitive and emotional levels, while also addressing how stress, trauma, and emotions are held in the body. By combining mind and body approaches, I help clients not only gain insight but also create lasting shifts in how they feel and experience their lives.
Some sessions may focus on practical coping strategies, while others might involve exploring deeper patterns, working with inner parts of the self, or using somatic techniques to release tension and restore balance. I meet each client where they are and adapt the pace and methods to what feels safe and helpful.
