Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. I love getting to support individuals through seasons of transition, including things like pregnancy, postpartum, identity shifts, and relationship changes. My approach is compassionate, integrative, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with an integrative, trauma-informed, model that is centered on supporting the whole person—mind, body, spirit. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your story, identify patterns, and create meaningful change.

I specialize in perinatal mental health and nutritional psychiatry, so I have added knowledge for supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, identity transitions, and the emotional shifts that come with major life changes like these. For almost 10 years now I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and disordered eating patterns, so I am able to hold space for all of these areas too.

Drawing from attachment theory, mindfulness-based practices, cognitive strategies, relational therapy, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Together, we explore patterns, build self-awareness, and develop tools to support meaningful, lasting change. I aim to meet clients where they are, honor their values and strengths, and support sustainable change that improves day-to-day functioning—not just insight, but real change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll have the opportunity to get to know one another and begin building understanding of what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, personal history, goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and we can begin building a plan that fits your needs. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is just a starting point.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space, along with some initial feedback or observations to help you start making sense of things right away.
