I approach therapy with an integrative, trauma-informed, model that is centered on supporting the whole person—mind, body, spirit. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your story, identify patterns, and create meaningful change.
I specialize in perinatal mental health and nutritional psychiatry, so I have added knowledge for supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, identity transitions, and the emotional shifts that come with major life changes like these. For almost 10 years now I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, body image concerns, and disordered eating patterns, so I am able to hold space for all of these areas too.
Drawing from attachment theory, mindfulness-based practices, cognitive strategies, relational therapy, and strengths-based approaches, I tailor therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. Together, we explore patterns, build self-awareness, and develop tools to support meaningful, lasting change. I aim to meet clients where they are, honor their values and strengths, and support sustainable change that improves day-to-day functioning—not just insight, but real change.
