Samantha Grimaldi

I have extensive clinical experience working with individuals healing from trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression. My work has a strong emphasis on spirituality, mindfulness, and self-compassion.

When interacting with clients, I seek to remain curious, while listening compassionately and cultivating thoughtful speech. Integrating multiple counseling theories and techniques in order to meet client needs, I work primarily through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens.

I believe that my clients inherently have the internal tools and resources necessary to heal, and that I am merely a mirror that illuminates my client’s strengths, intuition, and inner-knowing. I seek to be a heart witness and a sacred space holder for my clients. You will walk away feeling seen, heard and understood by me.
