Great to meet you!

I earned my master’s degree in Community Psychology from Alverno College in 2019. I have 5+ years of clinical experience working with teens, families and adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, substance misuse, OCD, and personality disorders. I incorporate Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered theories, and psychoeducation. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of successful treatment.

My approach to therapy

I identify strengths in each individual with a non-judgmental style. My approach is genuine, open-minded, and compassionate. I strive to help others meet their goals through the encouragement of self-compassion, education, and skill-building.
