Great to meet you!

Attention, not prescribing controlled substances from 6/1/26-7/1/26

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a deep commitment to helping individuals find stability, healing, and hope. I bring over a decade of experience in crisis behavioral health, substance use, hospice, home health, and forensic nursing to my practice, and I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your mental health is struggling.

I earned my master’s degree in nursing from Walden University specializing in psychiatric nursing. I am licensed & credentialed to treat patients across the lifespan throughout the state of Florida.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, mood disorders, and insomnia. I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and evidence-based care tailored to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on the whole person. I believe in partnering with you—taking time to listen to your story, answer your questions, and provide honest, personalized guidance. Whether you're just beginning your mental health journey or looking for a fresh perspective, I’m here to support you.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. My sessions are grounded in empathy, collaboration, and clinical insight. I strive to create a space where you can show up as your full self—whether that means working through anxiety, navigating a diagnosis, or simply needing someone to listen.

Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and what steps will move you toward meaningful change and explore treatment options that align with your values and goals—whether that includes medication, lifestyle changes, or therapeutic support.

Together, we’ll find your anchor point—your place of steadiness in the midst of life’s storms.
