Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name's Samantha and I am an LPC providing virtual sessions in Pennsylvania. You’ve already taken the hardest step by being here. I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like a clinical interrogation, but a collaborative conversation. With a master's degree from Eastern Carolina University and more than 3 years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, ADHD and trauma recovery, I provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can stop performing and start healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you can finally stop trying to hold it all together. My approach is warm and direct, but compassionate. I will lovingly call you out if you need it while providing a safe supportive space without judgement where you can really get honest about what's keeping you stuck. Whether you’re navigating the constant hum of anxiety, the unique challenges of ADHD, or the long road of trauma recovery, I’m here to help you make sense of it all.

We’ll look at the 'why' behind your patterns, but we won’t just talk about them. I use an integrative approach, (so of course there's talk therapy) but we will also incorporate things like EMDR to help your brain process and take the sting out of painful memories, alongside somatic (body-based) techniques and mindfulness tools to help your nervous system actually feel calm and regulated in the present. Think of me as a steady partner in your healing, my hope is you walk away feeling more grounded, understood, and at home in your own skin.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is simply to get to know you and ensure you feel comfortable, safe, and truly heard in our space. We’ll spend time building a genuine connection, moving at a pace that feels right for you as we begin to explore your story. Together, we will collaborate to identify what matters most to you, setting meaningful goals that reflect your unique needs and hopes for healing. This is a partnership from day one, ensuring our work together is focused on the life you want to build.
