Great to meet you!

For the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of empowering clients through many life journeys. My greatest passion is supporting individuals and families in the perinatal period—whether navigating infertility/trying to conceive, pregnancy, loss, postpartum adjustments, or the everyday challenges of parenting.

In addition to perinatal work, I specialize in women’s health, relationship dynamics, and stress management. I support clients in understanding the mind–body connection, navigating evolving identities, strengthening communication in partnerships, and building sustainable tools to manage overwhelm in both personal and professional roles.

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the highs and lows of life with compassion, authenticity, and even some laughter along the way.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported. My approach is strengths-based and empowering, helping clients recognize their resilience while working through challenges. I have completed formal training with both Postpartum Support International (PSI) and the Postpartum Stress Center. When applicable, I am also able to sprinkle in experience as a certified birth doula (trained through DONA International). I incorporate CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to offer practical tools for growth, always tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can share your story at your own pace. We’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals together. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged that therapy can be a place for growth, relief, and restoration.
