Great to meet you!

I have a master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) and bring over seven years of experience working primarily with adolescents. My professional background spans a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, outpatient clinics, and residential programs.

With over seven years of experience as a therapist, I have helped clients ranging from children to adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem concerns. May come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to the individual needs of each client. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a compassionate, safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to reach out.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings. By integrating evidence-based techniques and focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship, I help clients identify their goals and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. I am committed to helping clients gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be welcoming, supportive, and focused on building trust. We'll begin by discussing confidentiality, what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have about the process. I will also invite you to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable, and together we will explore your hopes for counseling. This initial meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and establish a collaborative foundation for our work together. I strive to ensure you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we take the first steps toward your growth and healing.
