Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated LCSW who graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in May of 2022 with an MSW. I received my LCSW in October of 2024 after completing my internship at Sunrise Health Clinics, where I also see clients. I practice a variety of modalities with clients during my sessions, ranging from CBT to psychodynamic therapy. I am very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my spouse, special needs brother, parents, and dogs when I am not working.

My approach to therapy

I provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental space where they can disclose difficulties they are experiencing, using client-centered therapy. I help my clients where they are by assisting them to find ways to overcome the situations or difficulties they are experiencing, while educating them about different diagnoses. I allow clients to contact me for questions throughout the week if needed or if they are in a crisis.

What you can expect from me

When I first meet clients, I work on building rapport while disclosing the policies for the sessions. I ask the client about their goals while gaining information about their symptoms, including how long each symptom has lasted. I ask them about their social, medical, and psychiatric background to gain a full picture of what is happening. I go over ways that clients can contact me and recommend the frequency of therapy sessions per week.
