Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Samantha and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that seeking support is one of the strongest and bravest things a person can do. Navigating all of life's ups and downs can feel scary and isolating. Whether is it day to day anxieties, relationship challenges, life transitions or just feeling stuck. I want to help you through your journey so you will not go through it alone.

My approach to therapy

As an LCSW, my approach to therapy is to provide you with warmth, empathy and your own personal cheerleader. I strive to provide a space where you feel safe and where there is no judgement to be yourself. I will meet you where you are, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and some goals. We will discuss what you are looking for and how we can make that relationship between us work.
