Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and support. I know reaching out can feel overwhelming, so I offer a warm, grounded presence as we explore what is bringing you to therapy. My experience in multiple settings helps me meet you where you are and focus on what matters most to you right now.

I bring experience in residential treatment, school-based therapy, and crisis intervention, which allows me to adapt our work to your unique needs, culture, and stage of life. Together, we will identify your strengths, patterns, and goals so we can tailor a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move toward the changes you want.

I specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. My clinical approach is trauma-informed and strength-based, using tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and behavioral interventions to support lasting change. In our work, you will have a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal, grow, and build skills that support you long after therapy ends.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open and honest while also being gently challenged to grow.

I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, helping clients understand how past experiences may be influencing their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. At the same time, I focus on building practical skills that clients can use in their daily lives. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thinking patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to improve emotional regulation and distress tolerance, and behavioral strategies to support consistency and accountability.

I am also very direct and goal-oriented in my work. I believe therapy should lead to real, measurable change, so I work with clients to identify clear goals and track progress over time. This may include developing routines, improving communication, managing symptoms, or reducing behaviors that are interfering with functioning.

What you can expect from me

I am direct and goal-oriented in my work. Together, we identify clear, measurable goals and track progress over time. Common goals I support clients with include improving emotional regulation, reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms, developing healthier coping strategies, strengthening communication and relationships, establishing structure and routines, and decreasing maladaptive behaviors such as substance use or other compulsive patterns.

I aim to create an environment that is both validating and structured—where clients feel heard and supported, but also encouraged to take active steps toward change. My goal is to help clients not only gain insight into their experiences, but also build the tools, confidence, and consistency needed to create lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
