I’m an integrative psychotherapist and somatic practitioner who blends evidence-based approaches with deep nervous system care. My passion lies in supporting young adults and adults navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from self. I believe symptoms often carry wisdom—and that healing begins when we approach those parts with curiosity, compassion, and care.
My sessions are collaborative and attuned. Whether you're moving through anxiety, trauma, or the discomfort of growth, we’ll work together to reconnect with your values, your body, and a deeper sense of safety within.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that healing happens through both the mind and the body. I blend psychodynamic insight, parts work, and polyvagal-informed care with somatic and mindfulness-based practices to create a space that supports deep, sustainable change. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we explore the underlying patterns, protective strategies, and unmet needs that may be shaping your experience.
Sessions are collaborative, paced with intention, and grounded in nervous system safety. Together, we’ll gently uncover what’s asking for attention—working to build resilience, strengthen self-trust, and support a more authentic connection with yourself and others.
Our first session is a gentle beginning. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to explore, and any goals or intentions you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we move at your pace. I’ll also ask some questions to get a fuller picture of your current experience, history, and what support might feel most helpful. This session is also a space for you to get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like a good fit. My priority is to create a grounded, supportive space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to show up just as you are.
