Great to meet you!

I'm an integrative psychotherapist and somatic practitioner who blends evidence-based approaches with nervous system-centered care. My focus is supporting adults navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from self. I believe symptoms often carry information, not evidence that something's broken, and change begins when we meet those parts with curiosity and compassion.

My sessions are collaborative and attuned. Whether you're moving through anxiety, trauma, or the discomfort of growth, we'll work together to reconnect with your values, your body, and a deeper sense of safety within.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in nervous system and somatic awareness, the foundation everything else builds from. From there, I draw on EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, and polyvagal-informed, mindfulness-based practices as complements, not standalone techniques. No modality works well in isolation from the body it's asking to change. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the patterns, protective strategies, and unmet needs shaping your experience. Sessions are collaborative and paced with intention.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle beginning. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to explore, and any goals or intentions you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—we move at your pace. I’ll also ask some questions to get a fuller picture of your current experience, history, and what support might feel most helpful. This session is also a space for you to get a feel for how I work and whether it feels like a good fit. My priority is to create a grounded, supportive space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered to show up just as you are.
