Great to meet you!

Life can be incredibly challenging, and while we often wish we could avoid hardship, change is an inevitable part of being human. Along the way, we all encounter loss, grief, fear, and uncertainty—experiences that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to move forward.

You don't have to navigate those moments alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgment. Sometimes healing begins with seeing a situation from a new perspective. Other times, it involves gently working through painful experiences that continue to shape the present.

Wherever you are in your journey, we will move at a pace that feels right for you. Reaching out for support is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin the process of healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT) and informed by principles of ecopsychology. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.

While I value the comfort and safety of traditional office-based therapy, I also enjoy incorporating the natural environment into the therapeutic process whenever it feels appropriate. Nature offers a unique space for reflection, grounding, and growth, and my doctoral research explores the ways time spent in natural settings may help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress.

I believe our emotional experiences are often reflected in our physical experiences, which is why I take a holistic approach to healing. Whether we are sitting together in the office or walking outdoors, combining movement with meaningful conversation can help create new perspectives, increase emotional awareness, and support lasting change.

Above all, I strive to meet each person where they are, creating a collaborative and compassionate space where healing can unfold in a way that feels authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave therapy with a greater sense of calm, feeling heard, understood, and supported. Together, we work to develop practical coping strategies for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's many stressors while building confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My hope is that clients leave each session with greater clarity, renewed perspective, and tools they can carry into everyday life.
