Great to meet you!

From experience, life is hard sometimes and there is no escaping it. Change is unavoidable and can be difficult to adjust to. We all experience loss, grief, and fear uncertainty. That is why I am here. To help foster a safe environment for your struggles. Sometimes, it is as easy as having a different perspective or as hard as processing adverse events that stick with you. Either way, you're in the right hands and this is the first step to take.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach sits on the foundation of person-centered theory and eco-psychology. I believe in office-space therapy but really enjoy using the environment. Nature is a free resource. My PhD dissertation focuses on how nature can reduce symptoms. I do believe that motion and aspects of our environment can heal. Trauma sits in the body as well as anxiety and depression. Moving and speaking about your struggles can assist in breaking down negative emotions and help create clearer thinking.

What you can expect from our first session
