Great to meet you!

I have over 13 years of counseling experience across a variety of treatment settings, including addiction treatment centers, in-home counseling, and private practice. I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, and I am certified in EMDR. I also work with individuals experiencing a range of anxiety disorders, helping them develop healthier thought patterns and cultivate greater awareness of the connection between body and mind.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with EMDR to support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. I am deeply passionate about my work and value the opportunity to help clients see the broader patterns in their lives. As clients learn to understand themselves more fully and trust their own inner wisdom, they often experience increased confidence, healthier decision-making, greater self-acceptance, and a deeper sense of contentment. I believe these are essential ingredients for living a balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In the initial session, I focus on gaining a comprehensive understanding of my clients and their personal stories, while also fostering a sense of trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. The therapeutic journey is centered entirely on the client, and it is essential that they recognize my role as a guide—one who supports and empowers them as they work toward emotional independence.
