Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm looking forward to working with you to support your goals and enhance your overall well-being. My approach draws on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help individuals better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have experience working with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, psychosis and co-occurring substance use disorders. My goal is to provide a collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel heard, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

I work well with individuals who appreciate a balance of practical skill-building and deeper emotional exploration. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to identify your strengths, build effective coping skills, and develop a plan that aligns with your personal goals and values.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your primary reasons for seeking support, as well as your goals, so we can determine the best path forward and ensure that I am the right therapist to help you through this next chapter of your life. We'll also review some of your personal history, current concerns, and other background information that will help me better understand your experiences. I'll share information about my therapeutic approach, what you can expect from our work together, and answer any questions you may have. By the end of our first session, we'll have the opportunity to mutually decide whether it feels like a good fit and whether we'd like to continue working together.
