Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome! I'm a licensed clinical social worker currently providing therapy in Louisiana. My background is in community mental health where I provided crisis intervention to vulnerable individuals. In my practice, many of the people I work with come to therapy having experienced anxiety, depression, complex trauma, and relationship issues with those they're closest to. I work with adults 18+ and have lived experience and professional expertise working with the LGBTQIA+ community. All identities are welcome.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and trauma-informed. In our sessions we will work collaboratively to find what constructs work best for you, but I am based in ACT, parts work, DBT, and somatics. These approaches aid in a greater sense of self, creation of boundaries, and learning new responses to recurring issues.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a genuine desire to learn about you and understand your experience. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. We will move at a pace that feels right for you, together.
