Samantha Mitchell

Hello! I began my career by working in a psychiatric residential treatment facility for adolescents between the ages of 13 to 17 years old. After three years I transitioned to working within a community crisis center where I collaborated with first responders/community partners to ensure the safety of those that I served. I have worked as an embedded crisis clinician within a local law enforcement agency for three years. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor.

Taking care of those who take care of others is the foundation of my approach to therapy. For those who are first responders it can be difficult to place your needs above the needs of others. My passion is working with these individuals and assisting them in putting their wellness first.

I am driven to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I will utilize evidence-based practices to assist my clients in addressing the areas that they want to focus on. My clients and I will work together to identify strategies for achieving their goals and returning to a place of stability.
