Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, I am passionate about helping patients reconnect with their bodies, uncover patterns that keep them stuck, and move toward healing with presence and empowerment. I specialize in mind-body trauma work, addiction recovery, and confidence-building for adults, taking a relational and somatic approach that helps you release the weight of trauma or inner struggles to rediscover the strength within.

My approach to therapy

I support patients who are seekers—those who know there’s more to life than just coping, who want to heal old wounds, reconnect with their bodies, and grow into greater self-acceptance and confidence. You may be navigating ADHD-related challenges, identity exploration, or simply feeling stuck, but above all else, you hold a deep desire for lasting change. Together, we’ll use practical tools and deeper processing to build systems that truly support how your mind works.

Together, we create space for healing, insight, and practical tools that support both resilience and transformation. I believe in the power of compassion and authenticity, a credence that ensures steady and supportive guidance in your healing journey. In our sessions, you can expect a grounded and collaborative environment that incorporates somatic practices and trauma-informed therapy to help you heal patterns in both mind and body.

No matter your struggles, you can trust in me to always show warmth and empowerment, and to tailor care to your unique needs. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore new possibilities, uncover inner strength, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable, empowering, and uniquely yours.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong foundation for our work. I’ll guide the conversation and be direct in asking about your mental health history, current challenges, and what’s bringing you into therapy at this point in your life. We’ll also explore your goals—what you’re hoping to heal, shift, or better understand.

I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and somatic lens, so I’m paying attention to both your story and how your experiences may be held in your mind and body. Whether you’re navigating trauma, addiction, identity exploration, or feeling stuck in patterns, this session helps me understand you more holistically.

Together, we’ll begin creating a treatment plan so our work has clear direction and feels intentional. My goal is for therapy to be both supportive and psychoeducational—offering you insight, practical tools, and a deeper connection to yourself. I aim to create a grounded, collaborative environment where you feel safe, seen, and empowered as we begin this process.
