Great to meet you!

I have worked in the field of mental health since 2018. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient and partial care settings, facilitating group, family, and individual counseling. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral issues, trauma, self-esteem issues, eating disorders, and substance use. I am trained in EMDR as well and have experience in trauma focused CBT.

My approach to therapy

Asking for help is not always easy but you have taken the first step to get support. It takes a lot of courage and bravery to reach out and embark on a journey of change. Through this process, I will use a person centered approach and strengths based approach when working with clients in order for them to achieve their goals and feel like they are heard and valued.

What you can expect from me

I always want to create a safe environment for my clients, where they feel like their stories can be told without any judgement and feeling like they are able to feel empowered.
