Great to meet you!

I'm here to support and empower you through all of life's challenges with both empathy and realistic solutions. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, trauma, exploring relationship patterns, attachment styles, and boundaries. In understanding the mind-body connection, I enjoy integrating somatic and mindfulness practices to utilize within session and on your own. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a background in school social work and small group private practice, now practicing independently. I work with teens, young adults, and adults from all walks of life.

My approach to therapy

While I utilize evidence-based practices to support in processing emotions and identifying solutions, my approach is grounded in genuine care, connection, humor, and lived experience. I believe in meeting each individual uniquely where they are while also considering the systems that influence us all. Each session should feel like sanctuary, relief, and moving closer towards the life your highest self envisions.

What you can expect from me

Most people enter their first session a little nervous, not knowing what to expect from a provider; my goal is to provide an environment in which you can truly show up as yourself from the beginning and feel seen. From our very first session, my priority is building the therapeutic relationship, just as you'd hope when meeting someone new and creating a lasting relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy (whether it's your first time or you're a vet), your goals, strengths and barriers. From there, we’ll collaboratively plan for our work together, and adjust as you and your life evolves. I look forward to meeting with you!
