Great to meet you!

I’ve been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 8 years and have worked in the mental health field for over 11. My career began with supporting survivors of domestic violence through court services and group facilitation, and I now work in an outpatient setting providing individual and couples counseling for clients ages 16 and up.

I truly enjoy getting to know my clients as people and believe in showing up authentically in the therapy space. In our sessions, I’ll sit with you not only as your therapist, but also as a fellow human—I’ll laugh with you, respond genuinely, and walk alongside you as you share your story. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your mental health so that you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to meet clients where they are. In my work, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rogerian principles, and Mindfulness practices. Together, these approaches create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore, grow, and challenge themselves—all while knowing they are met with understanding and unconditional support.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients leave sessions with me feeling that their mental health is no longer overwhelming or unmanageable. Instead, I want them to feel confident in their understanding and equipped with practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients to trust in their own strengths and know that they are capable of handling whatever life brings their way.
