Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Sam. Reaching out for help can be scary. I hope to make this process a smooth one with support and encouragement.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in an individualized approach to care. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

My therapeutic style draws from several theoretical perspectives depending on the issue at hand; including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, attachment based theories and trauma informed therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients come to me with a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem work, attachment issues, trauma, and personal growth. I work to deepen self-awareness and shed light on patterns and beliefs that are holding you back from the life you deserve. Together in a supportive therapeutic relationship, we will collaborate in making changes in one's circumstances, life, and self.
