Great to meet you!

Feeling anxious, burned out, or emotionally exhausted can make everyday life feel overwhelming. You might be stuck in worry, low mood, or feeling disconnected from yourself — especially if you’ve been pushing through stress, health challenges, or long-standing patterns for a long time.

I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, burnout, and life stress. My approach is collaborative, warm, and practical. Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s driving your symptoms and building tools you can actually use to feel more grounded, steady, and supported in your daily life.

Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I believe in the growth that happens when you find a therapist you can trust and connect with. I strive to create connections in a non-judgemental space, where clients are able to express themselves, and create greater clarity and resilience for navigating life’s challenges. Outside of my work, I enjoy baking, running, and spending time with my family.
