Great to meet you!

It is a pleasure to connect with you. As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I approach care with the belief that healing happens in an environment of understanding, mutual respect, and genuine partnership. Asking for help is not always easy, and choosing to do so speaks to your resilience and commitment to your own well being. My goal is to provide a safe, open minded space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward balance and well being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient centered, collaborative, and evidence based. I focus on creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and supported, and I view treatment as a partnership rather than a directive process. Together, we develop individualized plans that align with each client’s goals, values, and needs.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, medication management when appropriate, and ongoing psychoeducation to help clients understand their treatment options. My clinical focus includes mood disorders, anxiety, trauma related conditions, and stress related symptoms, especially when mental health concerns intersect with medical or functional issues. My goal is to support meaningful improvement in well being and overall quality of life through thoughtful, compassionate care.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space focused on understanding their concerns and what they hope to achieve. I take time to review symptoms, history, and current challenges while making sure clients feel comfortable asking questions.

By the end of the visit, we typically identify key goals, discuss initial treatment options, and outline a clear next step. The aim is for clients to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about the plan moving forward.
