Great to meet you!

I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and career concerns. I also have experience supporting clients whose past trauma continues to impact their mental health. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and patient, and I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build understanding, coping skills, and strategies that support your growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I became a therapist because I understand how life can bring challenges that leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Life doesn’t come with a handbook, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll clarify what you hope to achieve in therapy and build on your strengths to create goals that help you feel more at home in yourself—able to move through life with greater awareness, authenticity, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any background that may help guide our work together. My aim is to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable to share at your own pace. We'll begin identifying patterns, challenges, and strengths while discussing what you hope to gain from therapy. By the end of the session, we'll start forming a plan to help you move toward meaningful change and improved well-being.
