Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) with an emphasis in social justice, specializing in relational therapy for both adults and families. Many psychological conditions can make relating to others challenging, but not impossible! I love working with kiddos as young as 2 and adults of any age, focusing on how to support you in feeling capable of having strong, healthy relationships with others. Whether you're seeking to improve your personal well-being or strengthen your family connections, I am here to guide you toward deeper understanding, healing, and lasting change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a curious, collaborative environment where individuals and families can explore their challenges and build stronger, more meaningful connections. Whether you're an adult navigating personal struggles or a family seeking to improve communication and resolve conflicts, I provide tailored therapeutic solutions that foster healing and growth.

For adults, I specialize in relational therapy to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns that affect your emotional well-being and work towards healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. Modalities most used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based theory, Psychodynamic, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).

For families, I provide guidance through relational therapy to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen family bonds. Whether you're dealing with stress, parenting challenges, or navigating major life transitions, I support families in developing healthier dynamics and improving their ability to connect with one another. I specialize in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a structured approach to improving family dynamics. This method strengthens the parent-child relationship, enhances communication, and addresses behavioral concerns. Through live coaching, I help parents implement strategies to encourage positive behaviors and emotional regulation, creating a supportive, healthy family environment.

My goal is to help you create positive change in your life and relationships. Let's work together to foster understanding, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of connection within yourself and your family.
