Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I begun my therapist journey by receiving a Masters Degree at the University of Texas at El Paso; and became licensed in 2020. I believe that our counseling relationship should honor the unique experiences, perspectives, and aspects you bring through thoughtful collaboration. Let's work towards a future where you feel confident and capable in handling whatever life throws your way.

My approach to therapy

My areas of focus include helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice, but I also incorporate Person-Centered techniques and psychoeducation based on your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

I recognize that working through issues and making changes can be challenging, and everyone moves at their own pace. My goal is for you to feel empowered to face life's challenges independently, without the need for ongoing therapy. Whether you're dealing with stress, family relationships, or seeking general support; I'm here to help you navigate the areas in your life you are ready to confront and change.
