Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and at the heart of my work is a simple belief: people deserve a space where they can breathe, be honest, and feel supported without judgment. I work with adults, parents, and teens who are dealing with stress, anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, or just the everyday overwhelm that comes with trying to manage life. I also support women through big life transitions, identity shifts, and relationship stress — the kinds of experiences that can leave you feeling stuck or unsure of yourself.

I’ve spent years working in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, helping people through some of their toughest moments. Because of that, I understand how complicated life can get and how important it is to have someone in your corner. I also work closely with parents who are juggling caregiving, work, family changes, and the pressure of trying to “do it all.”

Creating a safe, inclusive space is really important to me. I’m committed to LGBTQ+ affirming care and make sure my clients feel comfortable exploring identity, relationships, and personal experiences at their own pace. More than anything, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more hopeful.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, holistic approach to treatment, working within multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive thoughtful, consistent care. . At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping individuals build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful personal growth.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, we’ll spend time getting comfortable with each other and talking about the experiences that led you to seek support. As we build trust, you can expect to feel more confident handling stress and more grounded in yourself. We’ll work together to set goals, learn practical ways to cope with tough moments, and understand yourself on a deeper level.

Therapy with me is a team effort. I’m here to support you, to gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and to walk with you through the ups and downs as you grow and heal.
