Great to meet you!
I launched my private practice for the purposes of supporting others in living authentically and building resiliency in the face of adversity. My experience has taught me that through support, our truest self is able to come forward. When we feel held by our environment and when we are equipped with the tools we need to cope with stress, we are able to move past survival to truly thrive.
I have experience working with teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, LGBTQ+ issues, life transitions and grief. I support couples in navigating communication and relationship challenges.
I graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2008 and from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, I earned a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology in 2017. I grew up in the suburbs of New York City, spent a decade in California (San Diego, Los Angeles, & San Francisco) and I currently reside in Denver, Colorado.
I completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training which allows me to offer mindfulness tools to support client's in feeling grounded and connected to their higher selves.
I completed “The Do’s and Don’ts of Therapy with Neurodivergent Clients: A Trauma-Informed Somatic Approach to Neurodiversity” Training with Nyck Walsh.
