Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Samantha. I’m really glad you’re here. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or carrying more than you let others see, you’re not alone. Maybe anxiety is causing your thoughts to race, depression is draining your energy, or you’re navigating trauma, substance use, or life transitions that feel bigger than expected. When you are already going through all of that, reaching out can feel like a big step! The thing is, it’s also a powerful one, and you are worth it!

With 11 years+ of experience, I work with adults facing depression, anxiety, substance use, and who are emotionally overwhelmed. I also support clients who are navigating PTSD, mood disorders, women’s issues, panic, sleep challenges, anger, and major life changes.

My work focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself after difficult seasons, whether that’s healing from trauma, finding stability in recovery, or learning healthier ways to navigate life's difficulties. I bring both clinical expertise and a deeply human, supportive approach to every session; I would be honored to work with you as you develop a more manageable and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but what matters most is how those tools are used to support your real-life experiences.

In our work together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s been keeping you stuck while also building skills that help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control. I take a strengths-based approach, meaning we’ll identify what’s already working within you and build from there. Therapy with me is not about judgment or “fixing” you, it’s about creating meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels right.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels warm, open, and genuinely supportive. Many people come in unsure of what to say or worried they’ll be judged. That’s completely normal. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start.

Our conversations will feel real and grounded, not clinical or cold. You’ll have space to process what you’re going through while also gaining tools to move forward in a way that feels manageable. Over time, clients often notice a shift in how they relate to themselves, more clarity, more self-trust, and a greater sense of calm and control. This is a place where you can exhale, be yourself, and begin to heal.
