Great to meet you!

My journey in nursing began with a focus on women's health, where I witnessed the profound impact of compassionate and comprehensive support during significant life transitions. This led me to specialize as a Certified Nurse Midwife, allowing me to partner with individuals and families during their most vulnerable and empowering moments.Driven by a desire to provide even more holistic care, I further specialized as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). My experiences in women's health and midwifery, alongside my personal connection to the outdoors, have uniquely shaped my approach to mental health care, emphasizing empathy, resilience, and the importance of individual empowerment. I am honored to serve the community that raised me, offering comprehensive and compassionate mental health support rooted in a deep understanding of the Wyoming spirit and the balance found in both inner and outer landscapes.

My approach to therapy

I establish a relationship based on mutual trust and respect. I have enjoyed working in women's health and empowering patients to take an active role in their care. I believe in using multi-faceted treatment and that medications are only a portion of treatment. I believe in holistic care and treatments.

What you can expect from me
