Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Sam, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with a graduate degree from Grand Canyon University. For more than 10 years, I have helped individuals overcome the challenges of addiction, substance use, and recovery while building healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Recovery is about more than stopping a behavior—it's about understanding the struggles that often accompany addiction, including anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore these challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful, lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My experience includes working with adults in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Care, and individual counseling settings. I take a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize and build on their existing resilience, abilities, and strengths to navigate obstacles and achieve their goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're seeking support for relapse prevention, recovery maintenance, stress management, emotional wellness, or personal growth, I will work alongside you every step of the way.

If you're ready to take the next step, I look forward to helping you build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
