My name is Samantha G Stringer and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked with youths, adults, the elderly, veterans, church groups, and families as they struggled with conflicts, life transitions, mental health, and substance use related issues. My approach to counseling is eclectic, a mixture of therapeutic approaches in a safe space. Together, we will utilize mental health education to understand what might be going on, coping skills to manage emotions, and strategies to assist with moving forward on the journey.
