Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with a warm, down-to-earth approach that blends solution-focused strategies with a touch of humor. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate challenges like stress, life transitions, mental health concerns, and substance use.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2014 and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. My style is collaborative and goal-oriented—I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, supportive, and relatable. In our work together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, highlight your strengths, and find practical steps to help you move forward. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the path ahead.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused, which means we’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way and create clear, achievable steps toward your goals. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and even a little lighthearted at times—humor can be a powerful tool for connection and healing. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and strengths. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, managing stress, or addressing mental health or substance use concerns, I aim to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools they can start using right away. My goal is for each person to gain clarity about their challenges, recognize their strengths, and feel more confident in moving toward their goals. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where it’s safe to be open and honest—while also finding moments to laugh and breathe a little easier. Over time, clients often notice they’re approaching life with more confidence, resilience, and a sense of hope for the future.
