Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’ve taken the step to begin therapy, and I’m honored to be a part of your journey toward healing and growth. My name is Sam and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona and California. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of issues, including relational difficulties, mental health challenges, eating disorders, trauma, and more.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working in various levels of care, including outpatient therapy, inpatient treatment centers, and community-based programs. This experience has allowed me to work with clients of all backgrounds and ages, from those facing severe challenges to those seeking personal growth and development. I approach therapy with a deep sense of respect for each individual’s unique experiences and perspectives, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to explore, heal, and thrive.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll work at your pace to explore the issues you’re facing, develop coping strategies, and cultivate the skills needed to create meaningful change in your life. I am here to listen, guide, and support you in achieving your goals, and I’m committed to helping you build a life that feels authentic, fulfilling, and balanced.
