Great to meet you!

I earned my M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. My path into the counseling field has been shaped by a deep passion for both the healing process and holistic wellness. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various levels of care, including residential and intensive outpatient settings, where I gained invaluable clinical experience and a deeper appreciation for mental health care..

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens through connection, compassion, and a commitment to personal growth. I am passionate about supporting individuals in discovering their inner strengths and aligning more fully with their values. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space where you feel empowered to explore challenges, reconnect with your inner strengths, and build a life that feels meaningful to you. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’re used to putting others first or questioning whether your needs matter. My goal is to offer a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe to slow down, reflect, and be honest about what you’re going through.
