Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Clinical Psychologist in practice for over 14 years. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, insomnia and sleep problems, life stressors and adjustment concerns, relationship problems, and more. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and starting our work together!

My approach to therapy

I prefer a collaborative approach to therapy; working together to outline goals for treatment that are grounded in a shared understanding of the diagnosis and the evidence-based recommendations for treatment. I want my patients to feel both invested and supported in their therapy and to have a roadmap of how we'll make the changes they'd like to make.

What you can expect from me

A first session is a comprehensive intake session to gather background, get to know each other, identify initial goals, answer questions, and make a plan for moving forward. My goal is to understand, empower, and educate.
