A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that every client is an individual and needs an individualized approach. My practice incorporates culturally sensitive elements of psychodynamic work to help explore past and present circumstances to find increased self-awareness, relief from stress and anxiety, better relationships and life satisfaction. I also incorporate elements of CBT and in my work with disordered eating, & utilize principles of Intuitive Eating to help you find self-compassion, food freedom and body appreciation

What you can expect from our first session

My goals are your goals. Together, we will come up with an individualized plan to help you achieve whatever it is you're looking for. While I believe that the time we spend in session together is valuable in itself, what's most important are the tools you take away from our sessions and apply into real-world situations.
