I use Internal Family Systems and EMDR in therapy. IFS helps explore different parts of yourself-it gives us language for what is happening internally. EMDR processes past experiences that cause distress or unwanted thoughts & feelings- it helps soothe our nervous system.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in working with complex trauma, grief, and loss. I have a certificate in perinatal mental health and enjoy supporting women and couples through such a transformative stage of life. I also help with navigating day-to-day stressors, anxiety, and depression. I work best with anyone over the age of 14 and enjoy working with couples.
