Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, and life transitions — the moments that leave you questioning who you are and what you want. My training is grounded in behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches, and I bring particular expertise in evidence-based OCD treatment. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation everything else is built on, and my clients often describe feeling genuinely seen in our work together.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in the idea that the goal isn't to eliminate difficult thoughts and feelings — it's to stop letting them run the show. For clients with OCD, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment that involves gradually facing feared situations without engaging in compulsions that keep the cycle going. Across all my work, I'm warm and collaborative. I'll gently challenge you when it serves you, and I'll always explain the "why" behind what we're doing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you. Not just your symptoms or history, but what your day-to-day life actually feels like and what you're hoping will be different. By the end, you'll have a clear sense of how I work, whether we're a good fit, and what a realistic path forward might look like. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, not evaluated.
