Great to meet you!
Genuine Confidential Non-Judgmental. Taking your first step can be challenging. Sharing your innermost thoughts and struggles while feeling safe and comfortable does not come easy to most. Some therapists have personal experience with trauma, day-to-day challenges, grief, loss, and family dysfunction. Most individuals seek understanding, validation, and unconditional acceptance. One can share the same diagnosis or experience; however, what one experiences is not always similar. Selecting the right therapist is important. My master’s degree in mental health counseling, bachelor’s in social work and criminal justice, working with adults, children, families, military, and the disabled through anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, bipolar, domestic violence, sexual assault, anger, substance abuse impulsive behaviors and other mental health diagnosis prepares me to help others achieve success. Having a therapist who has worked in the mental health field for over thirty years, experienced the above challenges, and possesses the competency and knowledge to help is what I offer you.
